PH Pearl Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Member Should Know

1. General Terms

Welcome to PH Pearl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "user") and PH Pearl ("we," "us," or "the platform") regarding your use of the PH Pearl website located at phpearl.best and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the PH Pearl platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use PH Pearl.

3. Account Management

Each member of PH Pearl is permitted to hold exactly one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the intent. If duplicate accounts are identified, PH Pearl will merge or close them at its discretion, and any bonus-related winnings from duplicate accounts will be void.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH Pearl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on PH Pearl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). PH Pearl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit at PH Pearl is ₱100. Deposits via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are credited to your account balance instantly. Bank transfers may take up to two banking hours depending on the time of day and the originating bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal at PH Pearl is ₱200. Before any withdrawal is processed, the member's account must complete the standard KYC verification process, which includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of the payment method used to deposit.

PH Pearl does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of PH Pearl's control and are the member's responsibility.

PH Pearl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time frame may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

All funds must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. 5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on PH Pearl are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event as published by PH Pearl. Where PH Pearl's rules are silent on a particular situation, standard industry practice will apply.

PH Pearl reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets, events, or for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified. PH Pearl also reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start time of an event due to technical errors, odds errors, or data feed issues.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by PH Pearl are binding and cannot be cancelled by the member after acceptance.
• In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, PH Pearl reserves the right to void bets settled at erroneous odds and recalculate at the correct prices.
• Minimum single bet: ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to settle as wins for the bet to pay out. Partial wins on parlays do not result in a return unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay between selection and acceptance to prevent exploitation of latency advantages. PH Pearl's trading team monitors live markets at all times.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

PH Pearl offers bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to members. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PH Pearl. Members found to be engaging in any of the following may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances withheld pending investigation, and relevant information reported to applicable authorities:

• Registering more than one account on PH Pearl.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over PH Pearl or other members.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform to accumulate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the PH Pearl platform.
• Attempting to access or interfere with accounts, systems, or data belonging to PH Pearl or other members.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any PH Pearl software.

8. Responsible Gaming
